We design, own, and commercialize connected hardware products through proprietary IP, BaysonTech-led product direction, and contracted engineering execution. For selected client programs, BaysonTech also supports productization, engineering execution, production readiness, and program delivery under clear ownership, NDA, licensing, and IP assignment terms.

For BaysonTech-owned products, BaysonTech and its related operating entities own or control product direction, IP, design assets, software assets, brand assets, and the final shipped device. For selected client programs, ownership terms are defined by SOW, NDA, licensing, and IP assignment agreements.

Founder & CEO
Archer Fu founded BaysonTech to extend three generations of manufacturing discipline into a new model — one where owned hardware products are built end-to-end, from IP and design to brand and shipped device. He grew up in China's industrial manufacturing environment and now leads BaysonTech's product direction, IP strategy, engineering ownership, and contracted execution model.
