PRODUCTIZATION PROCESS

From Owned Product Direction to Production Readiness.

A controlled path for defining ownership, developing engineering assets, validating prototypes, preparing production files, and moving selected programs toward production readiness.

How the program moves forward.

Clear gates, clear ownership, and controlled execution across product direction, engineering development, validation, production readiness, pilot planning, and delivery preparation.

Product Ownership

Product direction, IP position, design ownership, target use case, and business model are clarified before execution starts.

Engineering Development

BaysonTech-owned architecture is executed with contracted specialist teams across ID, structure, electronics, firmware, app, and algorithm systems.

Prototype and Validation

Prototype builds validate structure, electronics, firmware behavior, app experience, sensing logic, usability, and early production risks.

Production Readiness

Master BOM, tooling plan, QC plan, production files, test requirements, packaging direction, and implementation assumptions are prepared.

Pilot Planning

EVT / DVT / PVT or equivalent pilot gates are used to confirm product readiness, process assumptions, and quality requirements.

Delivery Preparation

Inspection planning, packaging readiness, logistics preparation, and commercial release preparation bring the product closer to market.

Ownership is defined before execution starts.

Before execution starts, BaysonTech clarifies product ownership, IP position, design control, software asset ownership, licensing terms, and NDA requirements. For client programs, ownership terms are defined through SOW, NDA, licensing, and IP assignment agreements before production readiness begins.
